Since the last update, a lot of work has been going on at Clairmont. We received all new street signs and a beautiful new community map near the office. Portland PGE is ready to install new street lights along Clairmont Way and the expansion site. A new electric base installed for the new homes arriving. White vinyl fencing was installed at the expansion entrance and new black fence to protect the rain gardens. Bach Construction built a new walk path from Teri Lane ( at Space 156) into the expansion. The week of October 18th the street asphalt will began pouring in the expansion and the new sidewalks on Clairmont Way. We are nearing the end of this year long project!

Neighborhood Watch Meeting Updates:
Thank you to all the all the residents who showed up last month. We had over 50 residents meeting with the Oregon City Police Department to discuss the process of starting a Neighborhood Watch Program. A big shout out to parents who come out in the morning and afternoon to assist with supervising our students leaving and arriving safely. If you are interested in being part of the Neighborhood Watch Program, please contact the Property Manager, Jody Banuelos for more information.
