What is going on in our community this month? Join us at Clackamas Community College for Clackamas Community College Compose Creative Writing Conference! Connect and create with practicing writers and publishers at Clackamas Community College’s annual Compose Creative Writing Conference, hosted by CCC’s English Department. Attendees can choose to participate in person on the CCC Oregon City campus or join the conference virtually via Zoom. The Keynote address and select workshops will be available online.
Keynote: Eli Saslow, Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and author, opens the conference at 10 am.
Workshops: After the keynote, participants can choose from five morning sessions and five afternoon sessions in genres including poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, memoir, graphic novels and playwriting.
