Construction Updates
The expansion is about 97% done. Asphalt is expected to be poured first week of October. Oregon City Public Works added an ADA ramp at both entrances of the Clairmont Park, and more sidewalk repair along Clairmont Way. Clairmont will have new street name signs, Adrian Way, Southwood Drive, and etc. The first four homes are expected to arrive end of September. One of the first set of homes is SOLD – 4 bedroom 2 bath for $ 164,900! View the floorplans we have for sale here.
Community Updates
A huge SHOUT OUT to all the residents who are cleaning up their lots and making the improvements on the homes. The 40 yard dumpsters will be here until Monday, September 20th, get all the clutter into the dumpsters by Sunday evening. The following items are not allowed in the dumpsters: tires, tvs, computer monitors, large appliances (dishwasher or larger), any item containing Freon (air conditioners, refrigerators) chemicals, wet paint that may have possible asbestos materials require lab testing to show these materials tested out at 1% or less asbestos (vinyl/linoleum, drywall, sheetrock, plaster, black mastic, acoustical ceiling tiles, popcorn ceilings, tarpaper/felting from roof).
Community Events
First annual Neighborhood Watch Meeting with Officer Rhodes of the Oregon City Police Department is Wednesday, September 22nd from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Clubhouse Lawn. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on. Officer Rhodes is also the Officer Liaison for the Oregon City High School and Gardiner Middle School students. We will have a resident volunteer to translate for our Spanish speaking residents. I look forward to seeing all of you Wednesday evening! Everyone is encouraged to attend.
