Expansion Updates
In November, the roads were completed, native Oregon plants installed in the 4 rain gardens and throughout. Hydro seed grass was laid down for a quick growth. PGE installed new street lights, Fast Sings Inc. installed all new street name signs and new parking signs. Lovett came out to clean the storm drains.

Coming up around the 2nd week of December, the side road between Clairmont and the apartments will be repaired and two new additional speed bumps installed. Please use caution to when the signs are posted and be prepared to use the main entrance during the period of time.
Welcome to our New Maintenance Technician
It is my pleasure to introduce our new Maintenance Technician, John. John comes with loads of experience from landscaping, to general maintenance, to just about anything. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and going nature walking. This month John is focusing on the curb appeal and auditing the residential water meters.
